AI Commerce Shield
Find what AI could get wrong about your store, and fix that first.
Answer a few plain questions about your store and get a ranked list of fixes, wording you can paste, calm replies for odd orders, and a 15-minute monthly routine.
Everything stays in this browser tab. Nothing is sent or saved, so keep the tab open while you work. Never type a customer's card or payment details here.
Where things stand (checked November 6, 2026)
Back door and front door. The back door is a shopping tool reading your public pages and guessing. The front door is your store sharing accurate details on purpose, with your permission.
Amazon. Shop Direct and Buy for Me can show products from stores that do not sell on Amazon, and Buy for Me can place an order on your site for the shopper. Stores can be included without asking first. To leave, email branddirect@amazon.com and copy shopdirect@amazon.com. Guides quoting Amazon's merchant FAQ name shopdirect, but when I tested both in November 2026, branddirect opened a removal case and shopdirect sent program information.
Google. Checkout inside AI Mode and Gemini runs on UCP (Universal Commerce Protocol: shared rules that let a store give shopping assistants accurate details). It is live for eligible US retailers. Shopify has its own settings for it. For other platforms I cannot confirm a do-it-yourself path yet.
ChatGPT. ChatGPT can recommend products. Reporting from 2026 says its in-chat checkout was shelved and purchases now finish on the merchant's own site. ACP (Agentic Commerce Protocol: OpenAI's version of those shared rules) continues.
What this means for you. On every platform, the work is the same: make your pages clear and true. This changes fast, so treat this box as a snapshot and check before you act on it.

Frequently asked questions
Does this block Amazon from my store?
No tool can do that alone. This one shows you what to tighten and how to opt out. For the bot rules themselves, use the free Scrape Shield. Those rules are a polite request, so the opt-out email is the stronger step.
Should I block every AI tool?
No. Tools that place orders are a different thing from the ones that cite you and send buyers. Blocking the second group removes you from the answer.
Are the risk scores exact?
No. They come from your own answers and exist to put your fixes in order. Two stores with the same score can have very different problems, so read the reasons, not only the number.
Can this tell me if an order is fraud?
No. It helps you choose a calm next step. Your payment provider's fraud signals carry more weight than anything here, and it is always worth asking before you cancel.
